미수령 장기보관 태국여권 관련 안내

  비자 신청 시 제출한 여권을 비자결과 확인 후에도 장기간 찾아가지 않는 경우가 많습니다. 이에 24년 10월 10일부터 비자 대리수령이 가능하니, 아래를 참고하여 빠른 시일 내에 여권을 수령해가시기 바랍니다. 6개월 이내 수령하지 않은 여권은 대사관에서 자체 처리할 수 있습니다.

근무일 기준 오후 13:30~15:00

[구비서류]

1. 위임장(대사관 홈페이지 다운로드 가능, 여권과 동일한 서명 기재)

2. 비자 신청인과 대리인의 신분증 사본

3. 접수증(접수증을 분실한 경우 경찰서 발급 분실 리포트 제출)

※ 대사관은 비자 업무 위임과 관련하여 발생한 일체의 사고에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다.

Notice Regarding Unclaimed Long-term Held Passports

  There have been frequent cases where passports submitted during visa applications are not claimed even after visa results are confirmed. 

Starting from October 10, 2024, passports may be collected by an authorized representative.

  Please refer to the following information and collect your passport as soon as possible. Passports that remain uncollected for more than six months may be disposed of by the Embassy.

Passport Collection Hours

Business days: 13:30~15:00 P.M.

Required Documents

1. Power of Attorney (available for download on the Embassy's website, and the signature must be the same as the one on the passport)

2. Copies of the ID cards of both the visa applicant and the authorized representative

3. Receipt (If the receipt is lost, a loss report issued from the police station must be submitted)
