입국규제기간 확인 업무 재개 안내

  우리 대사관은 24년 10월 10일부터 입국규제기간 확인 업무를 재개합니다. 신청인은 반드시 재외동포365민원포털 홈페이지(https://www.g4k.go.kr) 내 방문예약 시스템을 통해 예약 후 방문해야 하며, 방문예약없이 방문하거나 대리인/유선/이메일 접수는 불가합니다.

매주 수요일·목요일(공휴일 제외) 오후 14:30~15:30 방문예약 완료자에 한함

[구비서류]

 1. 여권 원본

  ※개명 또는 영문 로마자를 변경한 경우, 한국 체류 시 사용한 구여권 사본 또는 태국 외교부 발급 여권기록조회서(Record of Passport) 추가 제출해야 합니다. 

 2. 방문예약 확인증

 3. 신청서 양식(첨부파일 다운로드, 반드시 미리 출력하여 내용을 작성한 후 제출해야 합니다.)

 4.  여권 사본

※ 재외동포365민원포털 홈페이지(https://www.g4k.go.kr) 내 방문예약 시스템을 통해서만 예약이 가능합니다.

※ 입국규제자의 비자 신청이 불허된 경우, 비자포털에서 규제기간을 확인할 수 있습니다.

※ 개인정보 보호를 위하여 당사자만 신청이 가능하며, 결과는 구두로 통보합니다. 규제 기간은 만료된 이후에도 규제 사유에 따라 연장될 수 있습니다.

Resumption of Blacklist Entry Ban Verification Services

      Our Embassy will resume the entry ban period verification services starting from October 10, 2024. Applicants must make an appointment in advance through the Visit Reservation System on the Overseas Korean 365 Civil Service Portal (https://www.g4k.go.kr) and visit the embassy accordingly.

Please note that visits without an appointment, or applications submitted by a representative, phone, or email, will not be accepted.

[Application Hours]

Every Wednesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays) from 14:30 to 15:30P.M., only for those with confirmed visit reservations.

[How to Apply]

Click on the Overseas Korean 365 Civil Service Portal (https://www.g4k.go.kr).

[Required Documents]

1. Original Passport if you have changed your name or spelling, you must also submit a copy of your previous passport used during your stay in Korea or a Record of Passport issued by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. Visit Reservation Confirmation Slip

3. Application Form (Applicant must print out Application Form(attached file) by themselves and fill out before visit embassy) 

4. Copy of Passport

※ Appointments can only be made through the Visit Reservation System on the Overseas Korean 365 Civil Service Portal (https://www.g4k.go.kr).

※ For the protection of personal information, only the applicant him/herself can submit the request. The result will be given by the words. Even after the expiration of the entry ban period, the ban may be extended depending on the reason for the restriction.
